We focus on the delivery of MYOFASCIAL TECHNIQUES. This style of therapy is focused on alleviating built up day to day patterns.

Even the simplest daily activities (ie. sitting, slouching, or sleeping on one side) can impair movement.

Intervention is directed towards normalizing and enhancing movement.
