Can I make a claim to my insurance for in-home therapy?

Yes. All services can be claimed by insurance! Patients will receive a receipt from their therapist by email (mobilereleafiht@gmail.com) after the appointment. No direct billing is available.

What determines the fuel surcharge?

If you are outside the predetermined treatment radius: (10km from the clinic's physical address of 2338 Hurontario St., Mississauga. UNIT 212.) FUEL SURCHARGES WILL BE APPLIED ON TOP OF THE TREATMENT CHARGE. They will be communicated prior to the appointment with the opportunity for review before the treatment date.

What if I need to cancel OR reschedule my appointment?

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice are subject to a charge equal to the reserved service cost.

No-shows/missed appointments are responsible for payment in full.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible or visit your patient portal to make any of these adjustments.

How do I pay?

Clients can pay their balances online within their patient portal found at mobilereleaf.janeapp.com. We also offer alternatives through EMT (Email Money Transfer).

Are gratuities included in the fee?

No. Although tips are highly appreciated, they are not required!
